The Arizona Legislature has passed a bill that would make it legal for a business to deny service to homosexuals, just so long as the business can cite a religious reason for doing so. . . . No business person should be forced to deal with any client he doesn’t choose to serve. And no client should be forced into a business deal it doesn’t want. And one shouldn’t have to cite a religious reason for denying service to a potential customer.  Read more >








Medallion Cabs Sue to Exclude “Exclusionary” Uber

Some people hate freedom so much, they’ll sue to get rid of it. Other people’s freedom, at least. Such is the case in Chicago, where owners of taxi medallions are suing to force the city to crack down on Travis Kalanick’s Uber and other innovative transportation businesses.
