Immediate response needed

Ayn Rand, Nathaniel Branden, David Kelley.

Aalok, you and I must work together to find more thinkers like them. To do so, of course we have to cast a wide net, but it’s critical that we cast it in the right waters.

It’s all about engaging young people--this year we are poised to reach more of them than ever.

Through your support of The Atlas Society, you have led the charge in Objectivist youth outreach by helping us bring more and more students to the annual Atlas Summit.

In 2013, 43 students attended the Atlas Summit, and almost all came on scholarships supported by donors like you.

This year, we hit the ground running and as of mid-March, we had already received 48 student scholarship registrations for this Summer’s Atlas Summit.

We’ve continued our student recruitment efforts and at our current pace could have well over 80 scholarship applicants by the end of the month. Not only is that an incredible number, it would also be the largest student attendance at any of our events in the history of the organization.

Your donations helped us create the opportunity, and with your continued support we can continue building this new generation of Objectivists.

Here’s what’s in store for this year’s student attendees:

  • Beginning & intermediate courses in Objectivism, tailored for students

  • Four intimate “Socratic Seminars” focusing on key Ayn Rand writings.

  • Symposium on “Parents and Children” –very popular with student scholarship applicants

  • First looks at the new film Atlas Shrugged Part III.

  • 49 Sessions featuring expert speakers on academia, business, the arts, and activism

One scholarship covering registration costs, room and board, and limited travel expenses typically costs close to $900.

Your gift, whether it’s $10, $100, or $10,000, offers a student with a strong interest in exploring Objectivist ideas, but who has limited means, the opportunity to discover the people and perspectives of the Atlas Summit.

Our general funds budget allows us to support only 25-30 students.

Today, if you contribute to support the Frank W. Bubb memorial fund for Objectivist scholarships, you will directly enable us to accept more students and maybe even discover the next great Objectivist pioneers.

These students are the future of our movement. They will shape the future world. Help us show them how.

Make your gift and help us continue what we’ve started by clicking here.

Best,

Aaron Rainwater
