Summit speaker Sidney Powell in the news

Today from 10:00am to Noon EST, Summit speaker Sidney Powell will be on the Peter Schiff Show. More details at: http://schiffradio.com/

Today in the New York Observer:

"Mark July 10 in RED on your calendars," says Summit speaker Sidney Powell. Why? That's when the IRS will meet its match: Judge Emmet G. Sullivan. Sullivan, a judge with a reputation for fiercely opposing government corruption, has granted Judicial Watch's request: a "courtroom status conference 'as soon as possible to discuss the IRS's failure to fulfill its duties to this court under the law, as well as other ramifications of this lawsuit.'" Powell says "Now the IRS will have to talk to Judge Sullivan about all this—and he has the power to do something about it."

Powell's previous article for the New York Observer, "War on Wall Street: Obama Appoints Anti-Business Activist Head of DOJ Division" quickly became the top trending article on the New York Observer website. The Drudge Report picked it up with the headline: "Obama Brings Back Wall Street Annihilator." Writes Powel: "Meet Leslie Caldwell. President Obama has installed Ms. Caldwell, known as a "terror of a prosecutor," as head of the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice. It has been over a decade since Ms. Caldwell destroyed Arthur Anderson, and with it, 85,000 jobs—only to be reversed by the Supreme Court nine to nothing (well after she went into private practice). Now the president has brought her back—with a big promotion—and the vengeance of DOJ already aimed at Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas and others."  Read more >
